Its the usual plan(Kyle might remember):

-Create a mini-rp here

-Make rules, forums etc.

-Gauge interest, applications, overall posting

-If it works, maybe stay, if it doesnt, we just delete it


I made those rules like 4 years ago on Guild Alliance, which is how Negima lost magic was created, through a mini-rp like this
