Looks good to me, though i'm not sure if 25m range for the arrows is too much, but whatever.

I think 25m would be appropriate.

But Spell Delay means you get 2 spells for 3 turns. cause you're new

Spell Delay: Beginner Description: This mage has the ability to delay up to 2 spells for up to 3 posts before losing them. Requires additional incantations to use, and must be set up beforehand.
