I'm obviously too new to the site to propose any suggestions to its mechanics, but might I offer this graphic alteration?

I've noticed it's used around the site to represent money and so common place. I also noticed that it has a white background that clashes with some of the coding it is used with. This alteration on the other hand is transparent so match any color its layered on top of.
