Personality
Layn has a cheery attitude when she is happy or around people she trusts and knows. When she turns on her serious/normal mood, she is quiet and rather upset looking. She may seem like she will rip your head off but that truely isnt in her nature and will most likely just creep toward you. She is impolite at times and would seem very annoying but she knows people's limits and will back off... sometimes.

History
Layn was in 11th grade when she felt that school isnt the path she wanted to take. She dropped out from her school leaving no one anything to remember her by. Layn wanted to seek out what she loved to do. Her parents moved out and Layn was left at the house alone. Layn decided to Virginia, her home town, and go to the big city of Las Vegas.

So she rode a bus to the airport and once at the airport, she snuck into a large suitcase which fit her whole body with the rest of the luggage and clothing and protect her from outside handling. When the plane landed she was already out of the suitcase and stole a change of clothes. The city was not easy to live in and everybody was cruel to her. Later she decided to make some money. Leaving her little choice with her poor education, she became a well known whore and many sought after her for her body. She made enough to get food but not shelter. She made home in a closing casino and hardly considered it home, but it was enough to keep the rain out.

Some time later she was out for her usual scouting for men to make some money but instead she found Tairus. Tai was so interested in her she looked at him not because he looked rich, which he didnt, but look trusting. She tested his trust with a simple seduction and decided through women's intuition that Tai could be who she wants to live with.

Tairus was an escape route from the USA to Layn, but she found something bigger about him as she moved from Las Vegas to Japan the same way she arrived at Vegas. Upon exiting the plane there was a confusion of Tairus being a criminal, but him being plead insane sent him to a Psychological Institue. Layn was lonely without Tai and lived to learn the city a little better. She wandered around looking for a place to stay. No one would accept her because she didnt speak Japanese but she managed by acting like she was a mute. She bought things with her American dollars like she was a millionaire, but even with that, no on would still accept her. She was completely alone and never met anyone else.

She walked passed the Institute where Tai was sent one day to and Layn sought to get him out. She walked in with a doctor's outfit and she struggled with the list to find Tai. She ended up looking through the rather small Institute with only 2 floors and found Tai on the first floor in the very back of the building. With her acting skills she played the guard to let them out and she succeeded.

Later she found herself being separated from Tairus when the two were going to be sent to the magical world. She needed to activate her soul somehow to continue her journey but she doesn't know where she is.

Effect: Creates a barrier of water that turns to ice. If water is not present then she uses the bag of water she carries to make one. Lasts one post and can only make a barrier 2 meters wide.

Daisuke, it's fine if they state water mage. It just means they are restricted to using water/ice magic. Though I would get rid of the "Average" part of the Class.

Tairus was like Layn hence they are both my characters but i gave layn to Krys and Tai was passed a ok...

anyway Krysta is out of town and she is on her phone and she read the posts but cant edit them. she sent me what to change.

believe me if i did something she didnt want shed come over to my house and kill me... or just rechange it and then kill me...

but none the less i change what needed to be changed.

i hope me changing her character isnt an incovinience...

I'm gonna give my 1/2 approval. But before someone gives you the other 1/2, change your ice barrier, it should be fixed size, otherwise you could make a 100 foot barrier if your in the sea....

On Clothing, anything else you'd like to add here? Perhaps shoes, gloves headband. No? Okay~ Yes? Go ahead~

History, try expanding the story even if its just between Layna and Tairus. It seems interesting and I'd like to know more of their stories together.

What are you trying to imply with the word 'spoken' in there?
On your Magic Description, you have to speak the incantation since your character is not capable of silent incantation.
"but in order to upgrade her spells to a stronger form, she needs this incantation." You obviously need an incantation since your a wizard or in your case a Water Mage.

First technique, your character only have the magic capable of manipulating water and water only so no ice. I know ice is made of frozen water but that's ice not water anymore.
Third technique, it doesn't use ice however the name has the word ice in it. Despite its just a name, I'd prefer it to be modified to a more suitable one from your thoughts. Also, is one litre even capable of becoming a barrier around her?

For the range of this technique, if your willing to heal others, instead of 'others 10 meters away' change it to 'Others in contact' since thats quite common if not wrong. "Warning! Can be abused and can cause effects similar to stimulants and can even harm the respiratory system" your only healing injuries though.
