Umi, for this particular training mission set them up at The Wall, the boundary that went around the school, it was a immense magic metal wall, but the school no longer needed it since the war ended, so only a section survived. Umi decided on what they were going to do.

Umi: Guys, were going to destroy THE WALL!

"Are you serious?" Larita jumps back, though she knew Umi, Yoko, Rita and Shard's spirits were strong, but not strong enough to destroy this. Especially since her, Shards, Udon and that new girl don't seem to be people who are good "physically smashing" things to death.

"Can we do this?" Larita asks in confusion.

Umi: Now this may sound a little crazy, but were doing this BECAUSE we cant, given our current state, we have no clearcut firepower, and we dont know many good spells, this is the time for us to learn Battle Spells and techniques to use against the naturally larger, tougher and numerous opponents we may end up fighting.

"Charm: Explosion!" Eri starts, grabbing out an explosion charm and throws it at the wall, as the charm explodes and the smoke clears, not even a scratch. "Well, it's deserving of the name 'tough'," Eri sighs.

Umi: Love the enthusiasm, but we gotta plan this out first, and i brought half the magic library to help us!

Renting as many books as he could from the library, Umi handed out a stack to each person, he wasnt able to simple it with his Senji Ryakketsu yet, so he had everyone else study what they wanted to learn. Picking up Spells That Shaped the Schismatic War he started reading its contents and jotted down notes

"Ah, right... sorry." Eri embarrassingly says, picking up a book labelled "Charms Techniques". "Interesting, I'll read this one," She states aloud as she flicks through the pages, there was numerous information on stances and other information on how you should use your charms.

Umi: Ill help you, i already read got the general idea of what i need to study, your powers come mostly from your Zenki and Goki, with limited magic techniques. So i recommend getting more goki or maybe a Zenki.

"Hey, Yoko. Do you know any techniques I could learn?" Rita shouts over, flipping through numerous books, unable to find one of her interest. She did have one technique in mind, involving the cloth, but that would be useless right now.

Yoko: Well i saw that other ninja use a lot of Ki techniques, but the biggest thing about that was that his Ki was explosive, based of fire magic and such. But thats a rare form of Ki...

Yoko already knew what new technique he was going to learn, Hyakka Ryoran or maybe Zankusen, or Zanmaken. He still had a lot of skills he needed to practice, but luckily his new sword would prove to be a little more useful with that.

Umi: Well me and Larita can work on our Flans Paries Aeriales and Undans Paries Aqaurius a little later. Alright i found a good spell to use, now give me a few seconds.

Undegratio Azuricans (Blue Water?)
Info: A powerful barrier breaker spell, creates a condensed ball of water to punch through a shield or wall, useful against living, nonliving opponents, and heat and drought. As it gains speed and velocity it can do serious damage to whatever its aimed at.
Incantation: Una undina concidens tempestas, in mea manu inimicum edat.

Working out how the spell would work and the rapid change in power, it would be a hard spell to learn, but its uses in battle would be significant.

"Kuchiyose - Goki, Liliana. Riveria. Minion." Eri summons her three spirits to aid her in finding and Omnyoudo book, she knew she had to get more allies fast. Picking up an Omnyoudo based book, she reads it oddly.

"The way to get the best out of your spirit is complete trust in each other." She read it aloud to her spirits. She figured that was the case for Liliana and Riveria, though Minion seems to be doubtful of her in so many ways. Riveria then looks at Master.

"Master, if you're planning on destroying the wall, how am I supposed to help?" Riveria looks oddly with a tad of sadness.

"Don't worry, you could try and make us stronger with that clerical magic of yours, or you could help Minion by beating the wall to a pulp or something," Eri smiles back.

"Right!" Riveria states confidently.

Umi: Well, it could help if i were able to supply magic to you like i do with Larita, but that would require a pactio.....


Umi started chanting his Sagitta Magica Spell, being all the arrows into 4 balls of light but couldnt muster up the power to control it and exploded.....

Umi: hana im still need a lot of practice...

"A pactio? Uhn... Well, I wouldn't mind. A kiss is a kiss!~" Eri as her usual pervert-self says. "It's not as bad as even more drastic measures, haha." She smiles as she turns back to her spirits and makes them do a work-out among the area, as jumping from tree to tree, climbing a nearby (small) cliff and running 100 meters.

Umi: Alright, we can go to the broker right now...

Leaving to go start the pactio, they came back an hour later, so that Umi and Eri could continue with there training exercise.

Umi: If i use the Magic Assistance circle, i think i can pull off this new spells.

"Hmm... Ki-based attacks to make an explosive effect, that seems pretty good." Rita nods, staring up at the gargantuan wall.

Yoko: Well thats how i do my Raimeiken, umm.....Shinmeiryuu Ougi, Zankusen!

Sending a wave of ki flying at the wall, he tested out its defense, sturdy as ever.

"I have to perfect the Limes Aeriales spell," Larita mumbles, grabbing out the notes Umi had given her on it.

'Limes Aeriales
A mid-level wind barrier, which generates winds currents around the user to defend them against airborne attacks, unlike the other barriers, this one doesnt rely on intense air currents to block physical objects, but a magical AOE barrier that REDIRECTS attacks along the air currents that surround the caster.
Incantation: Elementa aerialia, venti spirantes, cito adeuntes ab inimicis meis me defendant'

She memorized the incantation and how it worked, all she need was good concentration and a lot of practice. Using her new flute, Tibia Melodia, she begins her training.

Umi: GeroGero! Septemdecim Spritus Undiales Coentes Sagittet Inimicum, Sagitta Magica Convergetia Undis.... There has to be an easier way to do this

Reading through his already open book, he came up with a few breakthroughs through the use of his Delayed Spells.

Umi's Breakthroughs:

-My Tritus Sagitta is only useful for big targets and larger enemies, such as this giant wall.
-The time it takes to chant all these Sagitta Magica is to long...
-But if he were able to create a powerful delay spell, he can probably increase the number of Arrows he can create.

Theory No. 1
-If i use a conditional Delay Spell to gather power, i can probably use it to manifest the spell over time, rather than at that exact moment.

Larita writes a few notes down as she begins to try it. The notes were just miscellaneous facts about the spell, such as the slower the attack is, the easier it is to redirect. That even if it's a spell that surrounds her, it could be redirected and the size doesn't matter, though the weight and other such things does. Lastly, that wind cutting, piercing or extremely fast moves should be avoided at all costs.

"Rin, help me out here! Lalalalala. Elementa aerialia, venti spirantes, cito adeuntes ab inimicis meis me defendant, Limes Aeriales!" She chants with her new flute, as wind currents flow around her, not that anyone can see them, at least most couldn't. "Rin, practice time!" She shouts over to her helper.

Umi:Here, ill test it out for you....

Picking up a rock he found on the ground, he toss it at the barrier Larita had created, it stopped in mid air for a moment, the dropped to the floor.

Umi: Thats a good sign. :shiney: Emittam, Tritus Sagitta!

Unleashing his powerful spell, he launched it upwards, as it was coming back down, Umi started gathering more power for another spell he was gonna practice, all at once a swirling torrent of wave exploded around him, creating a circular wall of water that crashed in waves against each other, blocking the arrows.

Umi: That was the Undans Paries Aquarius spell...

Yoko: Shinmeiryuu Ougi, Hyakkaryoran!

Sending a wave of Ki out, it manifested itself as petals, slowly growing larger as they moved, it came to a apex just before The Wall, before disappaiting.

Yoko: So the ranges is only about 10 meters out, ok now on to my Zanmaken..

Umi: Let me test out my new abilities! GeroGero! Artis Specialis Undagratio Azuricans Limitatus per Sexaginta Secundas! Una undina concidens tempestas, in mea manu inimicum edat!..

Umi started charging his new spell, water gathered around him, rotating in a violent pattern around Umi's feet. For 60 seconds, the spell was charged and Umi unleashed it, but the man-sized ball of water that was suppose to appear was replaced with a mere palm sized one.

Yoko: I think we'll need to use "that" power to destroy it, This wall is about as powerful as most higher level monsters are.

Breakthrough:

-Use Kokikou to strengthen your body,
- Then use Jinzen to put it in the sword
- Transmute one into cherry blossoms, another into a sharp projectile on the tip of the blade, and use Ki burst to crush spirits!

Umi: It may require a little Magic Berserk, but i think we can pull it off, if i can limit the damage it does to me, we should be able to get the power-up without much effect.

Feeling the strain put on his body from the amount of spells he was casting, he felt something inside of him awaken, he felt an unbelievable power erupt from his body, the power was so great it stared to burn his skin.

Larita memorized her spell, and the practice showed good signs! She was ready for this, "Alright." She smiles at Umi, grabbing her new flute, ready for the wall destruction.
