After the humiliating loss at the war in Everlast and the result being the destruction of the school. Ken was in position, he wondered if the rest of the group were in position. The chimera's goat head was sweetly grazing on some leaves in a tree, however this 'innocent' monster had killed an entire village with little survivors. "We have to stop this one, it's dangerous. That's why I took the time to recruit others," He grins, hoping they're in position as he begins getting an attack ready.

William was hiding in a tree, in position, as he spied on the chimera. He agreed not to make the first move as his magical power might be senses by the chimera. “Who’s starting the attack, again…?” He asks blatantly unsure who was supposed to initiate an attack. He couldn’t see why he could just play decoy or something while others attack the monster. It’s supposed to be a fairly strong monster either way, so even if they get the preemptive strike, William doubted it’d matter.

Taurou was hiding behind a tree some 100-odd meters away from where Will was hiding. He kept muttering to himself, Will, me, Ken. Will, me, Ken. Will, me, Ken. He then looked up at the sun and saw that the time for Will to initiate the attack was almost here. He whispered his activation key to himself and got ready for the attack.

Rose simply hid in some bushes, waiting for the opportunity to strike. Her artifact was the thing that found the chimera after all, so she was given the position to be least in danger. "It's the perfect time to strike," She sends telepathically to Will in the use of her pactio card, hoping he'd listen to her.

William waited for someone to initiate an attack, but nothing happened. Maybe it was Will himself who was supposed to do so...? “%*@!!” He mutters, to himself forgetfully as he begins chanting a spell. “So Ta Rik, Olympus flamma burst super meus foes! Flamethrower!” William finishes chanting, throwing spewing flames at the chimera as the three heads simultaneously turn alerted at the spew of flames.

“The surprise plan failed…” William disappointingly shouts and alarms the other group members as the Chimera shoots a beam out of its snake tail, dissipating the fire as the three quickly glare at William. “Well this isn’t going to end well…” William sighs.

"Go! Spiritual Protection!" Rose jumps out of the bushes as the chimera spins towards her as she shouted, with the spirits aiming to launch an assault from behind the chimera. However, the snake head easily saw the spirits coming from behind as it shot out deadly venom from its mouth. "E-everyone! We can't do a sneak attack, there's 3 heads! The goat, the lion and the snake! The snake seems to be the weakest, yet most deadliest! Watch out!!" Rose alerts everyone running into the forestry, hoping to hide herself.

Hearing Rose's warnings, Taurou figured he should try utilizing his Saggitta Magica and hitting all three heads. He started chanting Poen a dioddefaint, and jumped out of the cover of the woods finishing the spell, tres spiritus fulgoris coentes sagittet inimicum! He focused the spell around his hand so three spheres of lightning magic appeared around his closed fist. He charged the Chimera and punched in its direction. The arrows spun and separated, one veering towards the snake, one to the goat, and the last to the lion.

As Taurou begins attacking, with the plan ending in failure, "Spread." Ken says, elongating wings from his back as he takes to the air. "Arrow Burst!" He shouts, charging his ki as he shoots a arrow empowered with ki followed with blue aura at the chimera.

Aliidan, who was rather oblivious to mostly everything, was staring off spacely with a 'I have no idea what's going on' smile on her face as she stood a ways off, safely distant but still in hearing range of the whole thing.

Rie dared not approach Will, now that she fully understood what it was that they had shared. Funny how one event could so over shadow everything else that they had done together... Mysteries of life perhaps. Rie, thinking back, could feel her face heating up, despite the situation.
Shaking her head rappidly she tried to keep her blush to a minimum....

The lightning arrows made electrifying contact with the chimera, as the goat begins to absorb the electricity and shoot it back at Taurou. It would seem the lion had the most destructive ability, being able to send beams that cause the object or organism it makes contact with to explode. Literally a magical motolov cocktail, with even fiercer power. Next the goat, it should be assumed it absorbs an attack and spits it back out at its will and lastly, the snake had a simple poison-based magic.

“Son Ta Rik, Olympus flamma burst super meus foes! Flamethrower!” William shouts, sending a river of flames at the chimera, as it avoided the attack. It’s agility and speed was on par with its ferocious attack power.

As Ken's attacks missed, he flew away from any incoming ranged attacks. This beast was definitely up to it's status as 'King of the Forest'. All three heads had their own dangerous abilities, but that couldn't stop Ken. "Arrow Burst!" He shoots out one large ki-infused arrow at the goat head. "You can't use your powers against an arrow!!" Ken grins, as the arrow was sent flying at the goat head.

Jess just happened to be passing by when she heard something whiz past her head... She looked to see A chimera, and... Was that William? Whatever the case he looked to be in trouble, so she was more than willing to help as she got her net gun out of Mallet space and fired all four nets at the chimera, one after the other, in an attempt to get it pinned down.

Rose flicked her arms across, as her spirits spiral upwards at the chimera from underneath, aiming to hit where none of the heads could protect. "It's underneath could be it's weakness!" Rose alerts everyone else, wondering where Aliidan and Rie were, apparently they tagged along to hunt the beast, as did Rose.

As she turns around, nets were shot at the chimera. "Go, spirits!" She sends her spirits to increase the speed of the nets to try and entrap the chimera.

Nhieling was watching the scene ba afar until the start, suddently he decide to come and help.

Approaching during the fight, calm and steady, the doll on his shoulder suddently awaken. With a hellish smile, she start to laught in an sadist way and rush in the battle at hight speed, floating in mid air.

The puppet got hit, but instantly regenerate the damage. Turning against the other she yell :


"take this down ! I can just distract this thing, i can't do enought damage to kill it

Then the doll activate his criple on the chimera, consuming one of her three soul stack, suddently the chimera start slowing down when the doll get even faster, striking each head lightly and still getting pushed back.

Hurry ! I can maybe regenerate but my mana supply isn't limitless, she's slown down use this !

Daisuke was watching from up high a tree top from a far to keep his distance to be safe .He stood up on the tree branch "Time to try an experiment now" He said as he starts to make his move "Dop Pe Ru , 6 spiritus fulmine coentes sagittet inimicum" calling forth 6 lightninig-type Sagitta Magica "Overdive" His two arms takes the form of crossbows that fires 2 arrows at a time each side .Two merged with his arm making it spark and glow brightly as it charges into an arrow-like energy beam .

He gets closer to the Chimera and aim towards the sky .After sometime of charging ,Daisuke was ready to fire it "Go!" He shouted as 25 small lightning arrows are fired into the sky and showers down upon the Chimera hopefully to strike its weak point somewhere .

Jess watched the shapeshifter, making sure he stopped sending those arrows at the chimera before she got out her pair of Tonfa... Normally with a person as she charged she would have aimed to jab a person in the chest with both tonfa... But she'd heard the new guy saw something about it's underbelly being the weak spot. She she aimed for that and tried to topple the chimera over.

Nhieling was still manipulating his puppet from a safe distance, accelerating his attack, and finaly use an opportunity to get the eyes of the snake.

The goat head quickly sucks up William’s flames after avoiding the blazing attack, shooting it back at Ken’s arrows, disintegrating the arrows in a matter of seconds. The attacks from the goat had even stronger rejection abilities than the original attack. As Jessica arrives on the scene and shoots her nets, the snake head spins itself and shoots a blotch of acid, knocking one net down, however because of Rose’s speed enhancement, the other three hit it’s legs, restraining it.

The lion head quickly begins shooting beams at its legs to destroy the nets. After obliterating one net, the attacks hadn’t ended. It felt the full force of Rose’s spirits flying into its stomach as it coughed up a small blotch of blood, then followed by a newer recruitment on the mission, Nhieling, who attacked it with his doll. The chimera’s beams began to slow down, however the snake head seemed to be unaffected by the move as it creates a cloud created from poison fog. With a large hiss, acid rain hails down from the cloud.

This gave the chimera time to escape the attack, slowed down more than usual though. As Daisuke continues his attack, the 25 lightning arrows crash into the chimera and around him, destroying the ground, however its tough hide stopped the penetration of its skin. It quickly reacted in panic and aggression as Jessica charged at it. Spinning around, it slams its paws into the ground with a large ear-piercing howl, usually causing ruptured eardrums for people close enough. Nhieling would have been safe, but the snake head didn’t let up a chance to be struck down by a mere puppet. The snake quickly shed its skin, revealing scaly skin shedding quickly in the road of the puppet, being a quick and effective defence as a barrier is then created from that skin...

“This is definitely a B-Rank Monster. Everyone, we have to press forward!” He shouts aloud, trying to encourage his allies, especially with a few people beginning to help with the mission.

Nhieling smile, he draw back his puppet to him, and add a blinding poison on the claw of his puppet.

I'll just have to peirce their soft part so... starting with their eyeballs. i'll harass him and cripple him a second time, use this opportunity to take out his sense ! I'll aim for the eyes, we need a sound attack or at least a good blast to disrupt his hearing. it's nothing than a mere animal, he won't see it come before it's too late, and once cut from his main senses, he'll be a real sand bag.

Nhieling launch back his puppet in the battle, scratching the chimera without getting any decisive hit.

The poison take a lot of time to work, i'll have to at least take a decisive blow on a vital or a eyes to blind him definitely.

The chimera obviously took note of the puppet attempting to attack its weak point. Before the puppet even got close, he aimed a huge powerful compressed magical blast to obliterate the puppet into pieces. The chimera waited for the puppet to get close and as it done so, the puppet seemed to scratch and chip off some of the lion’s ear; however the sound cannon exploded with disastrous effects, taking even some forestry with it. The effects on the members fighting the chimera were unknown.

Seem like this beast have a brain after all ehe.... It make it more funny

Nhieling draw back his thread, letting the puppet regenerating totaly in a safe distance. Nhieling, have been heavily touched by the sound attack because of his fine hearing.

I can't heard anything of what you say, i'll wait for some of you to make an opportunity and i'll strike her down, this time i'll launch a no fail attack at full speed. If i can't kill her, i'll at least take a sensible part and the poison will do his job

Daisuke was surprised that the beast was not harmed from all the attack but that's what makes it more challenging for them .He did not lose hope as that was just for an experiment showing that the skin is hard to penetrate which leaves it's lower part the weak spot .Daisuke slowly gets closer to the chimera but within a safety range from it as well .He then merges 2 more Sagitta Magica into his arm and continues charging

Nhieling, ready to attack, took a strange little ball in his pocket and wait for Daisuke to take the first hit.

Aliidan, still more interested in whatever other thing she could randomly distract herself with, looked spacely into the sky where she was standing right next to Rie, who was trying to hide behind Aliidans coat... Strange.
