Description: Seals all consciousness into my mind, allowing me to control reality in my mind and everything it entails. Works based on names, and requires a lengthy incantation and ritual to activate.

| Dolere can only be used on 2 people at rank 6. Also, as it should be about 2-4 posts. You choose.
Give a range for Phantom. |

| And Phantasmagoria has a ritual that works based on names, or course it cant operate over 1000 miles plus. but it hits certain people, regardless of range, but the thing it the incantation is really long...i just havent made it yet |
