I appologize but you cannot upgrade saggitta magica and overdrive to a rank higher than 5 without first increasing your intelligence.

Yes, by 2. Your intelligence is currently 5. Even if you spent all of your SP now, you would only have 9 intelligence, and you need at least 10 to use 6th level techniques and at least 20 to use 7th level techniques. I can still add the SP you have the way you want but I can't give you 7th level techs.

I honestly recommend you to save up your MP, simply because of your low intelligence.
