Personality
Koniki: Kind, and sweet, she'll do whatever it takes to be helpful, and offers it to many people, whether they want it or not. She's a little ditzy, and it annoys her when Takeshi takes control without her permission. Takeshi: A realist who would prefer to be alone, he has been bonded to Koniki against his wishes. He is easily annoyed, and is rather rude. He also likes power, and is very manipulative. Totally condescending.

History
When she was young, her own parents were part of a secret government scientist team. They were ordered to use magic to try to bind two souls to one body. So her parents used her as a prototype. They killed a boy, then proceeded to bind his soul to their daughters body. The experiment was a success, and deemed her worthless. So they left her in the wilderness to die. She wandered into a nearby city, and was adopted by a couple, mages who use a different type of magic.

Yes, that is allowed. But you'd be inferior at Shinemeiryu style when compared to someone like Yoko as that's his main fighting style, while yours isn't. Also you missed the range of the first technique and lastly...

Also none of your attacks are Shinmei-ryu, so at best, you'd just be a person copying it, and like Will said, not as good as an actual Shinmeiryu Swordsman

How is that plagiarism? She definitely didn't steal anything. She only added custom attacks. It's not that serious.

There's no such thing as custom attacks in Shinmeiryu, but that would also mean the male half would have lived in Kyoto, and trained in Shinmeiryu...
