Personality
Chloe has a really die hard personality. She never wants to give up and only thinks about successfully winning. She has a really kind, caring and affectionate personality and she honestly hangs out with guys rather than girls. She really likes to help people on the losing side, rather than winning and highly enjoys being her energetic, bubbly and self-conscious self.

History
Chloe for her entire life had lived a normal life, her parents were normal and so was Chloe. She had a lot of friends, she was really healthy and enjoyed talking to her parents. However, unlike most, she unlocked her magic through raw emotions.

One day, a friend of her parents had given them a rare artifact. They weren't sure what it was, but that artifact lead to a bloody catastrophe. Someone began stalking Chloe and her parents and one stormy day... Chloe arrived back home after a long, tiring day of school to see the room painted in red. Her parents faces were ripped in half and guts splattered everywhere.

She could smell something other than blood, she inspected every area, but there was nothing. The artifact was gone, too. Walking over to the wall, she slid her hand across some blood and fell face first into the blood. However, it wasn't blood, it was wine... she wondered why there was wine, so she wandered over to her parents corpses with her tear-stained eyes.

Their wounds were covered in wine. She rushed out of the house as the neighbors reported a huge commotion at the house. The police quickly raided the house and blamed Chloe for her actions. She fended a police man off, rushing to her room, changing her clothes and attempting to escape. The window was locked. She sat down, slumped, crying and bawling her eyes out as suddenly... a flash. Opening her eyes, she was in an alleyway, with another man trying to attack her. It wasn't a policeman, it was a hobo. She began crying again as she teleports again, further from the hobo. Whenever he tried to approach her, her magic would activate.

Taking her time to escape, she used her magic and began controlling it. She soon snuck into a plane and went to England, where she met a village of mages. She was soon to fit in and then, they offered her the idea to visit the magic world. She accepted the generous invitation.

Magic Description: Chloe is able to create, form and morph portals at her own choice. It can have any magic or ki attack and cannot store things in the portal, with spell exceptions. If either portal is cut off by sealing, dispelling, cancelling, etc... the teleporting will not work.

Effect: Chloe creates two warp holes. One in front of her and one somewhere else within the range. Any spell equal to rank 5 or lower will go through her warp hole and appear from the other one. Lasts three posts if nothing goes through it, it disappears after two uses.

Do you wanna attack from the portals? Do you wanna use them to support people, play tricks? Do you like to fight close or from far away?

wut?! She has instant speed teleporting. It's like she doesn't even need the stat speed anymore. Her ability, more or less is a higher variation and much more deadly version of shundo. I deny anything more than what she already has. D:

Agree with it, I was thinking the same but didn't know if I were the only one thinking this way.

No, I don't want to nerf it, but I definitely don't want to buff it as Bex suggested.

How about within a designated area, like she writes her name of something and then she can use it as a gate.?

Ewwww, no. It's perfect as it is.

Is her teleport instant? Or does it take a few time before activating? If it's instant it become absolutely impossible to hit her so?

And that's exactly why it'd take up her stamina hugely while she teleports. Though her skills let her slightly control that, it'd still be major endurance-draining. She also has to do the incantation.

Then i agree to Teleportation Gal, but only if she's evil

Of course, we make her the FOURTH HOKAGE! (Flying Thunder God technique ftw)

Oh! For the second technique, please state if it goes away when a spell enters it and if not, how long it stays up for.
