I suspect it will be us on a boat.. all happy and crap.. then like a storm or something and the blackout.. then some super waves and stuff. The boat crashes and most of us wake up in the broken boat, some of us wake up on the beach by the boat, and others wake up further inland.

I've got an image of a dark storm in the area with loud sounds striking the ground and water... It strucked the boat everyone was on unfortunately.
It flashes over everyone view and all faint. Upon waking up, they've noticed they were in an island with weird creatures
