You may have some... Problem, since you'll be forced to take a rank 9spell to take Umi barrier out. I'm the ony character with a spell to make the barrier weaker, but I'm in Umi team, meaning that you'll have an hard time getting him ^^ It's like a "once William is down, nothing can harm him" situation.

I'm not sure the neutral side wouldn't have a chance... Don't forget Ayra could take out a lot of people at once ^^ And even turning them against you. Number become meaningless in this kind of situation.

There aren't much possible referees at all, since most of them are in this battle, haha.
