Personality
Emi is quite the prankster and snooper. She can’t help but to want to stick her nose (or where her nose should be anyway) into other people’s business. Of course, she’s also got her kind side. Thus she snoops and plays pranks, but makes sure never to take it too far, and always helps a person in need. But she is also stubborn, and prefers to travel alone because of her fear of becoming emotionally dependent upon others.

History
Emi was one of her creator Goro’s many creations, but when he created Emi he finally became emotionally attached to one of them. He’s always been a sort of Dad for Emi, and he cared for her like she was his daughter. And her trusty enhanced-intelligence crow steed, Azurath, was almost like a brother. They certainly acted like siblings, despite the fact they were entirely different species. But that all changed a few months ago when Goro got in trouble with the law through the process of making his creations. He was killed, and there was nothing Emi could do to save him. She and Azurath were lucky to escape alive, and thus far have barely managed on their own.

Effect: Emi hurt herself to equally heal another, or heal herself to equally hurt another. This spell MAY ONLY BE CAST ONCE PER THREAD, And she must be in contact with the person for three consecutive posts for it to take effect.

All of it seems good but you should know that your healing ability will be VERY weak for a rank 2 spell. You could probably only heal a skinned knee or other small cuts and bruises.

Also, transfer wounds is a bit OP'd... and how would the wound transference work given the size difference? If possible I'd like to get another mods opinion on that technique.

Basically the person has a wound on their leg, a wound show's up on Emi's leg when she uses the technique and vice versa... Which is why she usually uses that technique only when none of the wounds or injuries are deadly.

Still the point is that if a person non-fataly hurts her she can just go over 'tag" them and suddenly they have all the damage she had. And since it passes over proportionality, if you were at 25% health and they were at 100% health, suddenly they're at 25% EVEN THOUGH their normal hit points are like 1000 when your's are like 100. So basically even if you only took 75 points of damage you have "magicly" inflicted 750 points on the person you touch... now doesn't that seem a little OP'd?

It is balanced by the fact that she must be in full contact with them throughout saying the incantation. If they can get her off of them for even a split second, the casting will fail.

If that's the case then you need to write that it only works if she is touching them as much as possible (I imagine hugging their leg or something), and that she needs to be holding onto them for X number of posts before it takes affect. You may also want to create a time limit for how long the damage lasts, is it permanent? Lastly, you can probably get away with it if you put a limit on how many times you can use it per thread(maybe once or twice)

To be fair, the more damage you absorb the less your be able to resist ANYTHING, given shock and such... and it should not go away.

You don't need to put that it is permanent cause that makes it seem like the damage can't be healed. Just take the permanent damage part out and add in a number of posts she needs to be griping a person for it to take affect.
