Tyson was tired of being the weakest link in his adventures. Thats why he went to Mesembrina, what better place to train than the military capital of the magical world?

Unfortunately things hadn't gone the way he had planned.

Instead of meeting a master like he had expected to, he met a group of people just like him, here looking for a master to make themselves stronger. Tyson had stayed in this place for 3 weeks and was getting worried, his money was running out fast and he hadn't learned anything but the best place to dumpster dive.

Which brings him to his current situation.

Hanging posters advertising the fact that he was looking for a master.

How had it ever come to this?

After posting his last poster, Tyson took a look at his work.

WANTED

PERSON(S) WHO ARE PROFICIENT IN MAGIC/HAND TO HAND COMBAT

ABILITY TO TEACH REQUIRED

FOOD WILL BE MADE USED AS PAYMENT

IF INTERESTED FIND TYSON IN THE SPIDERSONG TAVERN

After surveying his work Tyson nodded in satisfaction.

He would have to hope this attracted someone who could teach him something.....

Darren took a trip to Bosporus. He wanted to try out the food as usual

Darren took a look at the ad.

Hmm Tyson? Hmm looks like he has seperated with the twins eh?

Meh w/e I suppose I can run him through the basics of speed and stamina he thought as he made his way to the tavern

Hmm maybe Jess can teach him how to put more strength in his staff hits also he considered, She's just about twice as strong as me he thought as he sat down in the tavern scouting out Tyson.

While sitting in the bar Tyson watched Darren walk in.

"Is that the guy from when we fought the patronus?" he thought.

Either way it looked like he had accepted his ad because he was looking around in the crowded bar for someone. Tyson moved his new cloak around him a little bit more.

"If he really is able to teach me he should be able to find me like this."

Foise walked into the bar with his cloak pulled over his head. Not paying attention he walked into Darren...
"Sorry" he said quickly
without waiting for a response he sat down at an empty table that just happened to be right next to Tyson. He called over a waitress and ordered a soda...

Najiko and Marie saw the two and wondered what they were up to. They went over, the two of them soon recognising Darren. "Darren~! Whatcha up to?" Marie called out, maintaining her distance. Najiko on the other hand was hugging his leg, clearly still missing Jess. And him being here reminded her how much she missed her teacher/Adoptive Mother.

A lot of mages had walked into the bar.

Tyson knew Darren after nearly having fought him, but the other 4 he was clueless about.

The one sitting next to him had ordered a soda, "I wasn't even aware they had that in this bar." While 1 of the 3 who had just walked in had started hugging Darren's leg.

"Well it's now or never......" Tyson thought.

Tyson got up and walked over to Darren

"Hello"

He took a look at Tyson and smiled a look of humility.

Oh you... he said as he picked up the little muchkins and put them on the table.

Hehe I suppose I can teach you a few things he said looking at his stature, and if you want some magic theory holding his left arm and showing off a bit.

Little munchkins your good uncle Darren is gonna train this young man here he said motioning at Tyson.

You should join too! I bet you two can surprise him a few times he smiled.

He turned back to Tyson.

Btw...I'm sorry for Amelia last time...

He then got up and stood in front of Tyson

But if I ever hear any of you attack Amelia again I will hunt you down got it? he growled at Tyson.

"Who's Amelia?" Tyson said.

The last thing he remembered from Ostia was that he had fallen asleep after knocking out a bunch of imps. Which for some reason a pudding dragon had joined....

Tyson shook his head. Trying to remember things from those hectic moment would just give him a headache.

Tyson smiled.

"Hey why not let those guys join in? The more the merrier right?"

At that Najiko and Marie cheered happily, Najiko clearly getting ready to do her Bone Needler in combat... Marie activated her force field bucklers, which had previously looked like ordinary bracelets, and got herself ready for a spar or two...

Darren hearing Tyson's comment reached angers never seen before by his friends

He turned to see the kids get in a battle stance.

OH NO YOU DON'T!!!! He said before he violently punted them outside.

He then grabbed Tyson and dragged him outside and pointed at the field.

Not here! Over there! I can't pay for any damages
he said with a shrilly voice.

And you!!! Looking at Tyson your gonna face and successfully defend against these two! Without use of you shield and focusing on your footwork and getting hit in tougher places, He said pointing at his shoulders, elbows, and other hard human parts.

He looked at the girls and then Tyson and then decieded to give him a little bit of protection at the least....

Innocent rage take shape! Pudding Dragon! he muttered.

Albert Materialized over Tyson's shoulder.

If anything goes wrong Albert will act as your shield he said looking at the kids motioning the kill him gesture.

He grinned.

Alright! Go!

Najiko hadn't been prepared for that bu Marie had read Darren's body language and used one of her Force Field bucklers to at least protect herself from the damage of the punt. She snickered as she landed on her hands but Najiko landed on her face with her mouth in the dirt. Soon they were both on their feet again, Najiko still spitting out dirt. "Damn it." She muttered, the fact that both girls had dirty mouths only further reinforcing it when they were around each other.

"Oh come on, cheer up you silly Ninja." Marie said, going first. She rushed over and performed her force sheild cross, the crossing of the force sheild bucklers increasing the force with which they would knock back Tyson exponentially. In other words, Tyson would get knocked back four times as far as he normally would have.

Foise followed them outside. He tried to stay out of sight but was sure that some of them saw him. Two people in long cloaks covering their entire bodies were following him aswell. he ended up sitting down next to a tree.

Tyson went flying back as he was hit by the spell. It was a lot more powerful than he had suspected it would be, these kids knew what they were doing....

"Thank The Nine Gods I got this cloak a few days ago...." Tyson said to himself.

Even though the blow had hurt, he was only winded and could get back up again easily.

"That all you got kiddies!?"

Tyson then lowered his staff and charged the twins while thinking, "Sure, ANTAGONIZE the small but powerful children, that'll make you stronger."

Darren mediated the fight closely. He wasn't able to see or be able to recognize Foise off in the distance anyway as he observed the sparring.

Very good just keep dodging with Marie though or she'll break through your guard rather easily...

Najiko dodged swiftly, and Marie ducked so that she was only hit very lightly. she then took the opprtunity to grab the staff so that the cleric couldn't run as Najiko prepared to use her Bone Needler of hundred. Literally hundreds of bone needles were sprayed at the cleric from the tips of Najiko's fingers, and she aimed as best she could at the Clerics arm's so hew could not properly cast any spells that required hand or arm gestures or weild his staff.

Tyson back-pedaled as the needles hit him and grunted in pain.

"I thought i was supposed to be training my staff skill, so why did you weaken the arms i use to CONTROL my staff?" Tyson yelled.

"Prope Vulnera," he mumbled and watched as the spell healed his arms.

After he had a small amount of feeling back in his arms he picked up his staff and took a defensive stance with it, and waited for the two girls to attack...."

"Najiko, you Baka." Marie muttered, before making a swing at Tyson with one of her Force Field Bucklers. Alone they did normal knockback so she didn't have that benefit, but this way she was more likely to be able to defend herself if Tyson attacked her.

Najiko produced a simple bone knife an made a quick slash at the cleric as she prepared to jump at him from the side. She was clearly waiting on the older girl to finish her seiries of attacks.

Albert noticing the spell Clarbart cast decided then to chomp on Tyson's head in a comedic fashion.

Darren taking a look at this shrugged.

This match is purely physical my friend, physical attacks and phyical special moves are only allowed looking at the ki bucklers and Najiko's tendency to throw things. No spells, it's rather impractical when facing a real opponent. The girls here just didn't want to be rude and bash your head in for doing that he said.

He then motioned the girls attack to the distracted Clarbart.

You better hope you have a guardian angel or you'll end up hurting after they are done with this attack he thought.

One of the cloaked men that had been following Foise walked in between the fighting while the other one grabbed Tyson from behind and lifted him off the ground forcing his arms to his side. The one that grabbed Tyson started to walk off toward where Foise had been sitting down. Foise had moved while the others weren't paying attention and was now perched in a tree out of sight. The other man pulled off his cloak revealing patches of white hair on his head, grey rotting skin, and torn clothing. He was indeed an undead corpse not a living person. it was also clear that the one carrying Tyson was also undead.

"WHAT THE HELL!!" Tyson roared, "GET YOUR STINKING HANDS OFF ME YOU PIECE OF FILTH!!!"

Tyson was kicking at the thing with all the force he could muster, which wasn't much but it was an effort.

Then Tyson thought, "What happens when you heal the undead?"

Tyson moved his hand as close as he could to the things arm and spoke two words.

"Prope Vulnera"
