Daisuke seemingly remains in the dust cloud with his shadow slightly visible on it .After remembering Taurou's coordinate ,he sent another Sagitta Magica straight towards him until the dust cloud slowly vanish .

Taurou lets out a loud yelp as the Sagitta Magica struck him in the thigh but when the dust cloud vanished, he was gone too. He felt sneaky. He liked being sneaky. He kept his breath steady as he readied for his attack, his leg was burning. He slipped out from behind the broken down tree and jumped over Daisuke's head. He placed his right hand on his shoulder and said- Fulgoratio Ablicans!

Daisuke could tell his movement as he could hear the flame's sound and the footstep from his back .He changed his right arm's blade form into a giant arm this time to prevent slicing Taurou .He spun around as soon as Taurou made contact with his shoulder to hit him far away .

Oh sh--!! Taurou was flung away into a far away tree. The tree was knocked over and he ontop of it. He lay on the tree unmoving. He coughed up some blood and looked up at Daisuke who was now just a small figure in the distance. I was beaten by a child... He thought and hung his head in fatigue and shame.

Daisuke's arm returned to normal .He ran towards Taurou and reached out his hand "You okay ?" He smiled and the Sagitta Magica disappeared as well .

Mortimer stood up satisfied with his work. He'd lain the foundation and set up the initial logs. The architecture of the place was starting to resemble what he had in mind but it was still very rough. He had just enough time to nock out an opening in the front though he still hadn't finished the top or cut holes in the sides. He left some shadow soldiers behind to work on the project while he left.

Turning around he stared over in the direction of his apprentices. He was half a mile away from them at this point, on the shores of a nearby lake. Right about now Daisuke should be beating Pyoh.

He had made it a point not to tell Daisuke about his limits just yet. The boy was still so proud of himself and believing that he was invincible certainly made him stronger... Strong enough to defeat Taurou, his equal in power. Mortimer would need to tell Daisuke of his limitations soon though, in order to prevent him from being hit by the consequences of his unique ability. There was a reason not many Dopplegangers were still around, and Mortimer had to tell him soon.

Then of course there was Taurou, he had potential but right now that was about all he had. Given his unique mind he could utilize techniques Mortimer could only imagine, and Mortimer fully intended to teach him those techniques. As things stood, he needed to ease Daisuke into his power, while letting Taurou grow into the diamond he had in mind.

Mortimer began his half a mile treck back to the two apprentices. It would take him about a half an hour before he got there, given his natural lazy pace. He thought they would be pleasantly surprised at what he had gotten for them.

Taurou heard Daisuke ask him a question and he looked up. Daisuke was wearing a broad smile and held out his hand. Taurou gladly took it then slumped next to the tree. The spots burnt by the Sagitta Magica were now red and swollen. His hands were bleeding, despite the shadows covering it and his back had a few new slices on it. He licked his bloodied lip and looked up at Daisuke.

You're strong as hell, kid- he chuckled.

"Thanks but I guess we should take it slower next time ,huh?" Daisuke looked around the area ". . .Where is he by the way . . .? " He looked confused .

Ha, that'd be fine. Taurou stretched his scorched shoulder opening the blisters and letting it bleed out the infections. Anything you're looking for in-particular? I saw you looking off into the woods and was just wondering.

Mortimer continued his trudging. It would take him a while to reach them and he didn't feel like flying or taking on his swarm form. He figured that the two of them could use a chance to talk for a bit, socialize and whatnot, maybe even develop a fraternal bond? It didn't really matter, but it would have made Mortimers job so much easier if they managed to form some kind of camararde. Still he continued to trudge through the woods, getting steadily closer but only marginally so with each slow step. Plenty of time to stop and sniff the flowers after all.... or the poisoness mushrooms, they were always good too.

Daisuke faced back towards Taurou again "Nah ,it's nothing . . . " Daisuke then sat on the ground right next to Taurou "By the way ,if we could .Why not we form a team together ? It might be fun " Daisuke made slight laugh .Placing his palm on the ground behind his back and stared at the blue sky .

Team up huh? Not really my style. Taurou looked at the scene of their fight. A few burnt patches of grass there, a knocked down tree there. They made a mess. What's the point of teaming up? You just have to watch out for the other while trying to keep yourself alive.

Taurou looks at Daisuke and throws grass at him. That's for dodging my attacks.

"Heh.... so your not interested ,oh wells" Daisuke sighed "Well that's true that it might be hard" While looking at the sky ,grass came flying at Daisuke giving him a scare when he was off guard till he fell flat on the ground "Wha-?"

Taurou, seeing Daisuke's momentary disadvantage, took the chance and sat on his chest. Who wins now? he said in a cocky voice. If he wasn't so exhausted he would've knock him out cold with a spell, but he wasn't in the mood to fight in such a weakened state, so he kept his position on Daisuke's chest- and poked his forehead.

[Kinda sleepy right now . . . woke up at 5 AM]

Getting sat on by Taurou ,Daisuke felt the pressure "Your heavy nii-chan !" as soon as getting poked on his forehead ,Daisuke mumbled but being sat on by a 17 year old on a 10 year old is obviously a killer move but Daisuke created his chest to be as hard as the ground to prevent him from being unable to breathe .

Well I am seventeen. Of course I'm heavy! Taurou stood up with his strength renewed again somehow and picked up Daisuke by the arm and tossed him into a bush. And that was for my shoulder! he sad indicating his bleeding and scorched shoulder.

"So glad to see that you to are getting along." Mortimer appeared suddenly yet slowly from the nearby brush. "Now if you don't mind I have something I would like to show you both, lease come with me." With that he turned around and headed back to the lack shore.

Taurou looks at the man with a surprised look. He stood erect, rubbing his shoulder and walked over to him. Master, he said with a quiet tone, expecting a scolding for throwing Daisuke in a bush.

[I ain't much of an early waker]

Once Taorou stood up ,Daisuke returned his chest to normal but when he was picked up ,that just made him confused "Wha-...?" Got tossed into a bush and his left arm got cut by a branch .Even though he's a Doppelganger he was still a 10 year old so it was bleeding "Ow ! Ah ! It hurts" Daisuke started sobbing trying to stand the pain "Ugh !" He then glared at Taurou and shouted "MEANIE !!!" till birds went flying off .

Mortimer chuckled. Just like brothers, he thought. Still he continued on not saying a word. Lax, lenient and carefree, that's how you raise a family... or at the very least formulate one out of pre-existing beings with no blood or emotional connection whatsoever. He made his way through the forest to the nearby project he had been saving. The shadow soldiers had done a wonderful job on it while he was away the past hour. Turning around to look back at Taurou and Daisuke, he stated " this will be your new home and training ground from now on". He gestured grandooisly at the new log cabin. Tall and wide, plenty of space and a lakeside view, right next to the forest. He hoped that this house would be able to contain the two boys exuberance... he wondered if his second surprise had arrived yet.

Daisuke stood up and just followed Montimer and did not want to face Taorou though the injury was really nothing since he could recover real soon .He then stared at the log cabin with no words to say " . . ."

Log cabin...? A log cabin? Taurou spun towards his master and stared and in exasperation. How the hell're we going to train in a log cabin?? He looked at Daisuke who was staring at it with an incredulous expression as well.

Mortimer looked at Taurou with that same sleepy half smile he had when they first met. "You have more than enough space to train your body all around here. The lake, the forests, the mountains which ring this valley. But what you need is a place where you may rest, recuperate, relax, and learn to do this." With that Mortimers middle finger was surrounded by shadow, he plucked Taurou on the head with it, knocking him down with the force of a converged saggitta magica blast. Blowing the smoke off of his shadow covered finger he continued "I learned that in a library. Let us take a look at the inside shall we?[/b]"

Woah! Taurou said shaking his head while getting up from the blast. All that with a poke? he asked. I want to do that... He brushed of his back and spit out a little blood that had appeared in his mouth when he struck the ground. He followed his master inside awaiting to see what was inside.

Daisuke just followed them with it and go with the flow .Observing what Montimer just done and he thought "It might look simple but let's see what I can try from it" he continued moving on .
